It has been a busy week here at MIT.  Last weekend, Gustavo Dudamel came to MIT to receive the 2010 Eugene McDermott Award in the Arts at MIT.  Maestro Dudamel is currently the principal conductor of Gothenburg Symphony in Gothenburg, Sweden, and the music director of the Los Angeles Philharmonic in Los Angeles, California.  He is a rising star in the conducting (and musical) world, and it was a real treat to see him at MIT.

Website Launched!

A new day dawns!  (Well, this is actually a picture I took of a sunset in Palm Beach... If you need to have the metaphor strictly match the photo then consider the picture to represent the end of an era when I did not have my own personal website.)
Blessed with a five day weekend, and with some new energy from Gustavo Dudamel’s inspiring visit to MIT, I have launched my own website.  As an MIT student, I suppose it was only a matter of time before I put my own website together.  Especially with my plans for next year now in place, I have found a renewed sense of momentum.  The ball is rolling and I have several ideas on which I plan to be working.  But I currently also have some homework to be working on as well, and so I will detail my hopes and expectations at a later point in time.
